Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you skip, forget, or cancel your coaching session in this 24-hour window, you will still be charged in full. However, if you have an emergency which requires you to cancel and you alert me before the session, I will do my best to reschedule you within the week. If I can not do so, you may still be charged for the session. *

Sessions are conducted either by phone or Zoom, depending on your preference. If you are phoning in for your session, please call 323.893.6400 at your scheduled session time. If we have made arrangements for a Zoom session, I will send you a link ahead of time. *

Client understands and agrees that Jen Kleiner, MFA, CPLC is not an employment agent, financial analyst, talent manager, or literary manager. In addition, Jen Kleiner is a level 3 trained IFS therapy practitioner, but she is not a licensed therapist, nor does she does not work with anyone who is actively self harming, suicidal, or experiencing extreme emotional distress or addiction. *
