I am a Certified Professional Life Coach, Creative Consultant, IFS Therapy Practitioner, and the co-founder of the IFS Institute of Los Angeles. I’ve parlayed my experience as an award-winning visual storyteller and former celebrity stylist into a successful coaching practice helping people like you break through blocks, heal your pain, and achieve your dreams by enjoying the process instead of being obsessed with the results.

I am here to support you through your personal and professional transitions, relationship challenges, and creative ruts. I also specialize in stress reduction, improving communication skills, enhancing creativity, developing inner guidance and providing tools for better self care.

As someone who has suffered from chronic illness on and off since childhood, I have been inspired to study with many gifted healers, shamans, coaches, therapists, doctors and spiritual teachers. I have also completed trainings in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Voice Dialogue, Imago Therapy, Trauma & Neuroscience, Character Mapping, "Calling In The One" Coaching, The Sedona Method, Feminine Power, Landmark Education, Lifespring, Meisner Technique, Improve, TM Meditation, Reconnective Energy Healing, and Reiki. Along with being a Certified Professional Life Coach, I have an MFA in Directing from American Film Institute Conservatory and have a BA in Film and Digital Media from UC-Santa Cruz.

In 2012, I was coined "The Luminary Life Coach" by Refinery 29, and in 2015, I won the Professional Women of Excellence Award by the National Association of Professional Women. 

In addition, I am the co-founder of IFS-LA, a professional organization for practitioners of Internal Family Systems Therapy. I am also an assistant teacher for nation-wide IFS certification courses, and an assistant trainer for Character Mapping, an advance course in character development that teaches psychological tools to create authentic backstory.

I work with individuals, couples, professional partnerships, groups and corporations around the globe. My sessions are conducted in person in Los Angeles, virtually on Zoom, FaceTime and Skype, or by phone. (My pronouns are she/her).
